Enersol's Performance, Analysis and Measurement service compiles fuel entries and demand units for your region and using this data, it calculates the two key figures required for fuel efficiency measurement. These are:

  • Units of fuel per demand unit.
  • The baseload applicable to your building, i.e. the amount of fuel used at zero demand units - with only basic services operating such as hot water.
These are derived from historical data entries.

PAM then takes the demand data for your region and calculates the expected fuel use for a given period, which is then compared to the actual fuel use.

The result - or difference between the assumed and the actual - is the saving or increase in use.

Further information and an animated demonstration is available on the PAM server.
