Each implementation is assigned a named account manager to ensure that deliverables are achieved. Where a higher level of complexity is requiredapparent project management, consultative analysis and implementation resource services can be agreed. Care and support options can be tailored within service level agreements to corporate match corporate requirement. The detailed steam plant survey has identified many steam plant optimization opportunities over the years in various process industries. The steam survey identifies areas where steam is being wasted or condensate is not used to its full potential leading to wastage and increased cost.
  A range of survey options is available, such as individual equipment self-survey.
This can be carried out by customers themselves using defined templates to scope straighforward projects. For the broader site-wide energy efficiency project, Enersol personnel can schedule either a summary or detailed site engineering visit to identify and assess energy-saving opportunities.
Steam traps are checked for safe and efficient operation and suitability, pipework is inspected for size, installation and capacity. To ensure efficient running, special consideration is given to energy recovery and automatic controls of boiler plant. The survey will give an overall appraisal of the plant operation highlighting energy wastage, cost implications and recommendations that may be considered to remediate loss.
Enersol are able to recommend systems manufacturers and installers to carry out modifications, repairs or replacement installation.
 

The Enersol Flomar strategic partnership provides a range of training courses that are both hands-on and classroom based.
The courses are appropriate to a range of audiences and personnel from operators and health & safety executives to facility and energy managers. Each group has a different training need and requirement and the training course design has developed a range of courses appropriate to different topics and requirements.
Courses can be delivered for knowledge transfer and the development of energy efficiency and energy management capabilities, as well as a range of accredited steam and process-related courses for boiler house operators and managers. Interactive workshops and demonstrations can be included as part of training and delivered in our well-equippes custom training facility in Fleckney, Leicestershire that has its own dedicated boiler.
This allows direct hands-on operation and comparison of different product types such as valves, actuators, traps and separators. Customer requirements for custom defined, onsite training or CITB accreditation can also be accommodated on request.
